Choose from our selection of quick-start floor plans (already in the permit stage) in your preferred neighborhood. Lock in your home with an accepted offer and personalize it with your choice of finishes.

01. Planning

We divide this stage into two key phases to guide you through every choice, from lot selection to final finishes.
- Phase 1: Lot Selection - Select your ideal lot to start building the home you’ve envisioned. If you enter into a presale contract at this stage, you’ll have the most customization options available.
- Phase 2: Floor Plan Selection and Permits - Once you’ve chosen your lot, it’s time to select from our wide range of floor plans (as long as it fits the lot). After this, we’ll pull the necessary permits and get ready to build!
02. Before Framing
Before Framing
In Stage 2 of our Build it YOUR Way program, the foundation is ready! At this point, the slab has been poured, and the underslab plumbing is complete—exciting progress towards your new home!
To keep everything on schedule, certain essentials like interior doors and windows have already been selected and ordered. But if you secure a contract before framing begins, you still have plenty of design choices to make! Customize options like siding colors, shutters, and all the fun interior details that make a home uniquely yours.
03. Before Drywall
Before Drywall
In Stage 3 of our Build it YOUR Way program, your home is in the framing stage, forming the essential structure or “skeleton” of the house. During this phase, initial installations for the HVAC and electrical systems are also underway.
If you secure a contract at this stage, you’ll still have the chance to make many of the exciting interior design selections! Customize features like countertops, backsplash, flooring, and your designer lighting package to reflect your style.
04. Before Trim
Before Trim
In Stage 4 of our Build it YOUR Way program, the home is getting closer to completion! During this stage, drywall is being installed inside, and siding is being added to the exterior.
If you submit an acceptable contract at this point, you'll have the opportunity to choose the final details that make your home shine, such as the kitchen backsplash and lighting packages. Plus, you can add smart home features like smart locks and Ring floodlights for added convenience and security..
05. Before Trim-outs
Before Trim-outs
Stage 5 is the final stage of our Build it YOUR Way program! At this point, your home is being painted, and cabinets and countertops are being installed.
If you submit an accepted contract at this stage, you’ll have the opportunity to choose your lighting package and add exciting smart home upgrades for added convenience and security. This is your chance to make those last finishing touches—contact us today to learn more!
