This unique approach empowers you to transform a standard house into your dream haven, incorporating the upgrades that truly matter to you, all within a pre-defined budget

Here's how it works:

1. With one of our empty lots, choose Your Canvas: Select your preferred Gammon Communities' floor plan and pick all the selections, from exterior colors down to door hinge hardware!  We offer a variety of stunning designs to suit diverse needs and styles, from cozy bungalows to spacious family homes 

2. -OR- Choose from our selection of quick-start floor plans (already in the permit stage) in your preferred neighborhood.  Lock in your home with an accepted offer and personalize it with your choice of finishes

3. Pick your Palette - Visit our showroom to see your options in person! Don't rely on colors/styles to translate well through the computer screen, schedule a time to come by and put all your selections together to ensure its the aesthetic YOU want.  Remember: the earlier you buy, the more choices you'll have! The selections options will depend on the construction phase. 

4. Decide on your upgrades: We'll communicate clearly what your selection options are that keep you exactly on budget, and also provide upgrade options if you desire!
